To scan ID cards (QR codes), you’ll need the scanner app installed on a compatible device.
You can download the scanner app on:
iOS phones and iPads
Android phones and tablets
Chromebooks
iOS: download the scanner app
On your device, open the App Store.
Search for Marathon Kids Connect
Download and install the app.
Open the scanner app and log in using email address and password to begin scanning.
Android or Chromebook: download the scanner app
On your device, open the Google Play store.
Search for Marathon Kids Connect
Download and install the app.

Do I need the scanner app to scan ID cards?
Yes. Marathon Kids ID cards can only be scanned in the scanner app. Your device's built-in camera application will not scan or record ID card scans.

Do I need WiFi or cellular data to use the scanner app?
You need WiFi or cellular data to log in and to successfully sync your session when finished scanning. You do not need internet to scan ID cards, but you will need a connection to sync.
