  3. Select the track you want to use.

  5. Run your session using lap time or mile time (below).

  6. When finished scanning, select Stop Live Scanning and Finish.

Important: In order to run a Timed Run Report, the Timed Run button must be toggled on.

Choose your timing type

Lap time (scan every lap)

Use this when you want the time for every lap.

What participants do:

  • Complete a lap

  • Scan their ID card every time they finish a lap

Mile time (scan only the last lap)

Use this when you want the total time to complete one mile.

What participants do:

  • Complete the number of laps needed to equal 1 mile

  • Scan their ID card only as they finish the final lap

Important: Make sure you have a 1-mile track set up in your web account. You can create or update tracks in Club DetailsTracks & Activities.

Things to know before you start

  • Timing starts after a 3-second countdown.

  • If you use multiple devices, have each device start its own timed session/timer.

  • For consistent results, participants should scan on the same device each time during that timed run.

Important: Timed Run can only be used on a track that takes 15 laps or fewer to complete 1 mile.

View results

After your session ends and syncing completes, view results by pulling a Timed-Run Report in your web account.
