Fuel Log: Encourages participants to try new foods, help prep meals, view food as fuel, and engage in family conversations to promote healthy habits.

Graphing Snacks: Participants can track their snacks and learn about MyPlate and the five food groups.

Heart Health Challenge: This challenge teaches all about the heart and challenges kids to move in a variety of ways that count towards mileage.

Kick the Can: Participants will learn the importance and benefits of water to our body.

Sleep Activity: Participants will track the number of hours of sleep for one week, along with how they felt each day.
