In our Resource Library, you will find our curriculum, including lessons, supporting games, pacing strategies, and so much more!

Lessons:

  • Marathon Kids provides a set of NEW twenty lessons that are designed to provide you structure that includes a four-week cycle to keep motivation high!

    • Got a shorter season, no problem. The lessons are flexible and designed for the coach to utilize the parts they find most valuable for the club and the time allotted for each club session.

    • Check the Resource Library under the curriculum tab for lessons, warm-ups, cool-downs, printables, pacing strategies, and MORE!

Girls Movement Lessons: 12 lessons focus on building confidence through positive coaching, instilling character values like resilience and teamwork, and fostering meaningful connections within the Girls Movement program.

Before/After-school Guide: The guide helps you think through the key questions to prep for your run club, along with information on key actions like rostering your participants.

Warm-Up Ideas: We get you started with a list of warm-up ideas.

Warm-Up Activities: These are quick, fun activities for a dynamic warm-up.

Cool-down Ideas: Here's a list of cool-down ideas to slow down the heart rate and prevent injury.

Pacing Strategies: Help develop endurance and self-competency, accommodating diverse fitness levels and skill progression, and offering choices during running sessions.
