How do Supporters create their accounts?

Accept your coach’s invitation and connect your Marathon Kids account to the club.

For teachers, staff, and volunteers invited as Supporters.

Use the invitation from your coach to create or sign in to your Marathon Kids account. You are ready when you can log in and see the club.

If you are a coach sending an invitation, start with how to invite Supporters.

Create a new account

  1. Open your Marathon Kids invitation email.

  2. Select Sign Up.

  3. Complete the information requested to create your account.

  4. Check your email for the activation message.

  5. Select ACTIVATE in that email.

  6. Log in to your account and accept the role offered for the club.

Your assigned permission determines what you can view and manage. See the Supporter permissions overview.

If you already have a Coach account

Your invitation shows Login instead of Sign Up. Select Login, sign in, and accept your role in the club.

Frequently asked questions

What if I cannot find the invitation or activation email?

Check your spam or junk folder. For a missing invitation, ask your coach to confirm the email address they used.

What if the link does not work or I cannot see the club?

Contact Marathon Kids support and describe where you got stuck.
