If you've been awarded the Coach Empowerment Kit available with The Girls Movement program, there are three surveys required to receive the stipend.
The following surveys must be completed:
Administer this survey at the start of the program to capture initial data.
Conduct this survey at the end of the season to measure progress and impact.
Submit feedback and report on the program’s outcomes to help us improve and celebrate your successes.
Pre-Participant Survey
There are three options to administer the pre-survey.
*Note - for the Student ID, have the girls enter their school-issued ID number, or number your girls 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. Just be sure they enter the same number on the post-survey.

Open the link and let girls take turns completing the survey on the devices you provide. | From your iPad or tablet given to you in the Coach Empowerment Kit, click the link to open the survey on numerous devices, like your laptop, program devices, or school-issued devices.

If you have a small number of participants, please enter the survey information as if you were taking the survey online using their answers. Submit for each participant. This helps us greatly since we are a super small team.
Bigger clubs, you can mail them to us or scan them, then email them to us.
