Whether meeting in person, mixing it up with hybrid sessions, or going virtual, there's a club style to suit every run club.

Coaches can explore these flexible options to tailor to their club's needs, making it easy for parents to stay involved and track their child's progress every step of the way!

In Person

Run Clubs that meet in person for activities tracked by the coach. Parents can follow their child's progress but cannot submit miles from home.

  • Clubs meet physically at a designated location

  • Parents provide additional encouragement and support by following their child's progress.

Hybrid

Run Clubs that meet in person but allow parents to submit miles from home.

  • Clubs meet physically at a designated location.

  • Parents can actively follow their child's progress and contribute to their child's progress by submitting miles to the coach for approval.

Virtual

Fully virtual run clubs that are perfect for accommodating diverse schedules and locations. Parents can submit miles run at home for coach approval.

  • Clubs operate online allowing participants to engage in their fitness journey from anywhere.

  • Parents play a critical piece; following their child's progress and submitting miles from home for coach approval.


Edit the Club Type

Once your season starts you can edit your club type. For example, if you initially chose In-person but now want to edit it to a Hybrid club.

  • Click the Club Details tab

  • Select the Club Info sub-tab

    • Scroll down, click the new club type, then select SAVE.
