As your season continues, it's fun to create friendly challenges to keep the excitement and motivation high for your participants.
Creating time-bound challenges using the date range on reports gives your club and participants multiple opportunities to be celebrated and be on the leaderboard!
Using the date range to create challenges can be done anytime during your season. Doing so doesn't affect your overall data; accumulative data is always there.
Time-bound challenges give you the option to celebrate:
Top Grade
Top Class
Top Runners of the Challenge
Top Runners of the Grade and/or Class
Fastest Timed Lap or Mile
Total Miles Conquered by the Club
How to create a time-bound challenge?
Define the dates of the challenge.
For example, use grading periods, Heart Health month, holiday to holiday, etc.
Give participants an opportunity to run and walk laps during the challenge.
Be sure it's an equal number of opportunities and the same length of time for the sessions.
Provide updates on progress using the data during the challenge so everyone stays up to date.
Pull a report anytime using the start date of the challenge and the current date on the reports.
At the end of the challenge pull a report using the date range on reports to get to the results!
