The Timed-Run Report allows you to see the lap and/or mile times of your participants after sessions when the Timed-Run feature was toggled ON in the scanner app.

Important Things to Know

  • There are only 15 columns in the report.

    • If a student runs more than 15 laps you will not see those columns or times populate.

  • The date range (time between the start and end date) cannot be more than 30 days

    • Keep a record of the dates you do timed runs.

      • It's best to narrow your date range to reduce the size of the report.

    • You can go back in time to pull a timed-run report.

      • You must adjust the end date first to let you go back 30 days at a time.

    • All timed sessions within the date range will show for each participant.

      • For example, if J. Ekstrom ran two times on two different days within the date range you selected, it would list both days and times.

  • You can only select one track.

    • If you need to see times for two different tracks, you will need to pull two reports.

How to pull a Timed-Run Report:

  1. Select the blue Reports button on the Overview Dashboard

  2. Click Timed Run

  3. Select your start and end date (make sure these dates are within a 30-day period)

    1. It's best to further narrow down the date range to reduce the size of the report.
