Marathon Kids organizes your participants by class or group to help you sort and organize your data and ID cards as well as create friendly competitions within your season.
The class name is what appears on the ID card. If left blank we auto-populate this to the first name and last name of the teacher.
In order to manually add or recruit participants, you must add classes first.
We organize by classes or groups so you can:
Filter data on the Impact Dashboard by a class
View reports by class
Filter your search for specific participants
Organize and print ID cards
Easily add miles manually by class
Elementary Schools
Typically, classes are organized by homeroom teachers. For the class name, enter what you want to show up on the ID cards.
First Name: John | Last Name: Jones | Class Name: Jones, John |
First Name: Sara | Last Name: Smith | Class Name: Smith |
Middle/High Schools
Typically, classes are organized by the PE teacher and Period. For the class name, be sure to include the period and last name.
First Name: John | Last Name: Jones | Class Name: P1 Jones |
First Name: John | Last Name: Jones | Class Name: P2 Jones |
Community Organizations
We recommend using the first and last names of your group leaders or customizing class information to meet your needs.
