  • Marathon Kids provides a set of Fifteen lessons with the first 3 helping kick-start your season! There are also Twelve and Eight lessons that you can follow and tweak to meet your needs.

  • Twelve Short Lessons: The lessons are designed flexibly, allowing coaches to adapt based on their unique time constraints, available space, and schedule.

Pacing Strategies: Help develop endurance and self-competency, accommodating diverse fitness levels and skill progression, and offering choices during running sessions.

Pillars of the Program: Marathon Kids has six researched and evidence-based pillars that make up our program.

Connecting to Social Emotional Learning - Marathon Kids aligns with CASEL's five SEL competencies.

Girls Movement Lessons (coming mid July): 12 lessons focus on building confidence through positive coaching, instilling character values like resilience and teamwork, and fostering meaningful connections within the Girls Movement program.

Before/After-school Lessons(coming mid July): 12 engaging lessons, centered on confidence, teamwork, and endurance, with flexible design for adaptation to time and space, emphasizing fun and celebration to nurture positive mindsets and personal growth.
