Can two parent emails be assigned to one participant?

Each parents wants access to their child's progress.

You can allow more than one parent the ability to create a parent account so they can access their child's progress and submit miles ran at home.

The coach will:

  1. Edit the current parent's information on the participants' "More Info" page by substituting the additional parent's name and email.

  2. Click the blue "Send Parent Invitation" button. (Note: this doesn't delete the other parent's access)

The parent will:

  1. Receive the email invitation to create a parent account.

Once the additional parent creates their account, both parents would be able to view their child's progress and submit miles to the coach.

Note: From the coach's view on the participant page you will only see the most recent parent information. To view multiple parents that are assigned to one participant you can do this on the parent table.
