🚫 Important:
Passwords cannot be changed through the Marathon Kids Connect scanner app. To reset your password, you must use a web browser and go to app.marathonkids.org/select-profile
Steps to reset your password
1. Go to the login page
Click Login under the correct profile type for your account
2. Click “Forgot password”
This link is below the Login button
3. Enter your email address
Type the email linked to your account
Click Send email
A green banner will confirm the email was sent
Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if it doesn’t arrive in a few minutes. The email will come from noreply@marathonkids.org.
4. Open the password reset email
Click the Reset Password button inside the email
5. Create a new password
Type your new password
Click Reset
You’ll see a green banner confirming the change
6. Log back in
You will then be redirected to the login page.
If you don't, go to app.marathonkids.org/select-profile
Choose your profile type and click Login
Use your new password to access your account
